VOUVRAY COUAMAIS 2023

A classic medium dry Vouvray. Apple aromas on the nose, followed by elegant fruity citrus and ripe pear flavours on the palate, added to the wine's off dry character, the result is a fruity, zippy and refreshing balance, a classic expression of the Chenin Blanc grape. Great with lobster and other shellfish like scallops and mussels. It's also lovely with pork with a fruit sauce, hot dogs with the works, and other white meats such as turkey.
