PINOT NOIR WAIPARA HILLS 2022

Otago, New Zealand The Central Otago region, secluded in the middle of the southern end of the South Island, has over the last decade or so, become world famous for its Pinot Noir wines. Nearly all the fruit comes from the Golden Terraces Vineyard with 3% from the Woolshed Vineyard, harvested over a ten-day period. Bramble fruit, cherry, spice and a hint of smoke on the nose, black cherry and plum on the palate supported by oak spice, soft tannins and a bright, refreshing finish.
