This wine has minimal oak influence allowing the fruit characters to really shine. Lemon blossom, red apple and white peach produce attractive aromas while the palate shows white peach and subtle brioche flavours. It is well-balanced with a gentle acidity offsetting the ripe fruit flavours and lovely creamy texture. This is a deliciously pure expression of Chardonnay, ready to be enjoyed as a glass on its own or with a variety of subtle dishes.
