Gas Leak?
- Minor leak? Switch off cellar cooling, the keg couplers and gas pumps. Listen for hissing, check all the seals are tight. If the gas leak continues please request an urgent tech visit.
- Major leak?
Ventilate immediately, keep staff out, and please request an urgent tech visit.
Beer Not Dispensing?
- Have you turned off the remote cooler 30 minutes before cleaning? If not, the beer lines may have frozen. Please switch off the cooler and allow it to defrost.
- Is there any beer in the fob detector? If there isn’t it means the keg is empty.
- Make sure there is gas in the bottle, and it is switched on.
If the issue persists, please request a tech visit.
Water Not Pulling Through During A Line Clean?
- Have you turned off the remote cooler 30 minutes before cleaning? If not, the beer lines may have frozen. Please switch off the cooler and allow it to defrost.

Cellar Buoy keeps dropping?
- Ensure only the cleaning gas valve is on, all secondary gas valves must be off. Bleed any air from the lines and open each Cellar Buoy or pull through at the bar.

Cellar Cooling Running Hot?
Sadly, we do not help with the cellar cooling. Please contact the company that installed the equipment for you.
Cream Flow Bitter pouring flat?
- Ensure the correct brand diffuser is fitted on the tap and that it is free of debris.
- Finally, if this does not help is the product connected to the correct gas for the product?

Slow Lager Dispense?
- Is the keg empty?
- Is the gas supply turned on?
- Is the electric or gas pump switched on and primed?

Dispense is warm?
- Is the remote cooler switched on?
- Check to see if the cooler is frozen. If so please follow instructions on the "Cooler Leaking" question.
If it is still warm, please request a tech visit.
Keg Lager losing its head?
- This is usually due to glassware. Please check they are clean, undamaged and are intended for pints.

Keg Lager Fobbing?
- Check the pump is on and the gas settings are correct, ensure the airflow grills are clear and you are using the correct nozzle. Lager is best served at 4-6 degrees.

Cooler Leaking?
- You will need to drain the cooler every couple of weeks. If no water drains, ice may have built up. Turn it off and allow the water to flow freely then turn it back on.

Keg Beer Cloudy?
- Shine a torch through the lines. Brown build-up usually means yeast accumulation. This indicates it is time for a line clean.
Once this is completed if the issue persists, please request a tech visit.
T-Bar lights aren't working?
- Check if the lighting transformer is switched on at the socket. Confirm the transformer’s on/off switch is also on.

Water around remote cooler?
- Overflow tubes near the top may drip and is normal.
If it leaks from the bottom of the unit please request a tech visit.
Cask beer tastes off or flat?
- Are you dispensing at a steady even motion, is the swan neck low in the glass and is the sparkler fitted correctly?

Cask Beer is flat but tastes fine?
- Are you dispensing at a steady even motion?
- Is the swan neck low in the glass?
- Is the sparkler fitted correctly?

Cask Ale is lively?
- Is it too warm? A cellar should run between 11-13 degrees.
- Was it vented properly?
- When was the last time you cleaned your lines? Ideally cask lines need to be cleaned every 7 days.
- Check tightness of the cask nut and whether the sparkler is over-tightened.

- Is the cask tap open?
- Is the gas or electric assist pump switched on?
- Are the hop filters clean?
- For stillage systems is the peg removed?
